We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to help us push the boundaries of mobile AI experiences.

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer who can seamlessly blend Flutter’s flexibility with native Swift performance to create high-performing, intuitive mobile experiences. You'll play a key role in building our app’s features, optimizing for smooth animations, high-performance media processing, and seamless AI integrations.

This is a full-time contract role, with potential for a long-term collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Optimize Our Mobile and Desktop Apps:
  Build high-performance mobile features using Flutter, while leveraging Swift (iOS) for platform-specific optimizations.
• Integrate AI-Powered Features:
  Work closely with our AI team to integrate machine learning models into mobile, optimizing for real-time responsiveness.
• Build Custom Native Modules:
  Develop and maintain native Swift components for low-latency image processing, camera access, and hardware acceleration.
• Ensure Performance & Scalability:
  Optimize app performance, reduce load times, and enhance battery efficiency across devices.
• Collaborate with Design & Backend Teams:
  Work alongside designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless user experiences and API integrations.
• Maintain High Code Quality:
  Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices in architecture and security.

Requirements

Who You Are

You’re an experienced mobile engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of both cross-platform and native development, and is excited about pushing mobile AI applications to new levels.

Must-Haves

• Native or fluent proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
• European time zone
• 5+ years of Swift mobile development experience
• 1+ years of Flutter development
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills , with the ability to design scalable social features such as user authentication, friend lists, and real-time interactions
• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization , including memory management, animations, and rendering efficiency
• Strong grasp of asynchronous programming (Futures, Coroutines, Combine, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Codemagic)

Nice-to-Haves

• Native Android development experience with Kotlin & Jetpack Compose
• Background in computer vision or image processing on mobile with camera APIs and real-time media processing
• Experience working with AI models on mobile (TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, or MediaPipe)
