Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization to hire a "Manufacturing Engineer" near Flemington, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering leadership to assigned manufacturing areas by building strong cross-functional networks and aligning resources to meet business and customer needs.
• Lead or contribute to projects focused on improving safety, environmental compliance, quality , and operational efficiency , using Lean principles and Six Sigma tools .
• Support and manage Capital Investment projects , New Product Introductions (NPIs) , and New Technology Implementations to expand manufacturing capabilities.
• Troubleshoot defects and process variation efficiently using root cause analysis and systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Provide ongoing support to a 24x5 manufacturing operation , including on-call responsibilities as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical , Electrical , Industrial , or Chemical Engineering , or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated or high-volume environment.
• Strong mechanical or automation aptitude ; practical, hands-on problem solver with an analytical mindset.
• Experience with data analysis and use of statistical tools (e.g., SPC, MiniTab, Excel).
• Previous experience in a Medical Device or other regulated manufacturing environments .
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma , and Continuous Improvement strategies.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
