Pay: Starting at $22.75 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• Roanoke: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may be required based on workload

• Peoria: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  Overtime may be required based on workload

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

What You'll Do:

As a Powder Coat Painter, you'll play a hands-on role in making our products look great and perform even better. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will help ensure our parts meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading work orders and prepping parts for powder coating
• Applying powder coat using proper equipment and technique
• Using heat-resistant tape to protect surfaces as needed
• Operating curing ovens and performing visual inspections
• Maintaining spray booth, line, and prep areas
• Assisting with troubleshooting, rework, and filter changes
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous powder coat painting experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with spray equipment and oven curing processes
• Ability to read work orders and follow written/verbal instructions
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• High School Diploma or GED required
