Job Title: SAP Security Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Security Specialist to join our team and ensure the secure, compliant, and efficient operation of our SAP landscape. This role focuses on SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), SAP Ariba, and SAP Signavio. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of SAP security architecture, SoD controls, identity management, and regulatory compliance standards such as SOX .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across BODS, SLT, Ariba, and Signavio.
• Manage user provisioning, access reviews, and SAP GRC implementation.
• Conduct security risk assessments, monitor incidents, and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align security controls with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Define and manage access control models including RBAC and SoD policies.
• Oversee SSO, integration with Active Directory, and cloud-based identity federation via SAP BTP.
• Develop the security model for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and ensure secure data access.
• Manage change control processes and lead security-related project tasks during system upgrades and implementations.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance with SOX and other standards.
• Work closely with SAP Basis, Cloud Identity Services, and security architecture teams on user lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security with a strong record of project delivery.
• Expertise in:
  • SAP BODS repository and runtime user security
  • SAP SLT access control and connection management
  • SAP Ariba provisioning via Administration, CIG, or BTP
  • SAP Signavio user management through BTP cockpit or SCIM
• Strong command of SAP authorization concepts, SoD principles, and implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOX).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba certification
• Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, and SAP BTP
• SAP Security or GRC certification
• Experience with multi-tenant SAP Ariba or Signavio deployments
